CONSUMER DATA PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection. The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.
SECURE TRANSMISSION
All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) featuring 128-bit encryption. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a website and a visitor’s Web browser. - Delete certain information we have about you.
- Do not sell your Personal Information, as such term is used in the CCPA (described below under Section 5).

Verification Process and Required Information. Note that we may need to request additional information from you to verify your identity or understand the scope of your request. Registered Users will be required to log into their accounts to submit these requests, although non-registered Users you will not be required to create an account with us to submit a request or have it fulfilled.
Authorized Agent. You may designate an authorized agent to make a CCPA request on your behalf. We will require proof of your consent to designating such an agent and verification of your identity as described above.
Deletion Requests. Upon receipt of a request to delete the Personal Information of a California resident using the Data Subject Access Form, we may require you to log into your account and close the account. Where your account is not fully paid or you have active transactions or other matters pending, deletion of Personal Information is subject to the exceptions provided under CCPA with respect to those matters and may be subject to an extension of the time to act upon your request as permitted under CCPA and notified to you. Upon your confirmation that you have closed your account, we will send you a message that we have acted upon your request to delete your Personal Information by deleting and/or anonymizing your data within our systems. Note, however, that we retain a copy of your deletion request in our compliance files for audit purposes, and that this file may contain your name, address and email address. We also reserve the right to retain your Personal Information in accordance with other exceptions to deletion permitted under the CCPA (for example, retention of user zipcode and transaction history for tax compliance) or permissible delays in deletion under the CCPA (for example, deletion in backup media for our systems).
- Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Scottsdale Tactical LLC does not sell any personal information in any kind to any vendors or suppliers.
- California Shine the Light
California law permits Users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their ‘Personal Information’ (if any, and as defined under applicable California law) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of Personal Information disclosed to those parties. If you are a California resident and would like to request this information, please submit your request in an email at info@scottsdaletactical.com
- California Do Not TrackNotice
At this time, there is no worldwide uniform or consistent industry standard or definition for responding to, processing, or communicating “Do Not Track” signals. Thus, the Site is unable to respond to “Do Not Track” signals. Please refer to the instructions in your browser in order to determine the appropriate settings in order to signal your preferences in this regard, but be aware that all of the functionality of the Site may not be available to you if your settings block tracking cookies placed by us or by third parties.
FIREARM STORAGE CHARGES
We will hold your in-store, on-line, and transfer firearms at our shop until you can process your background check and take possession from our store. However, after 30 days, you have not come into the shop to take care of your item, we will charge a $50 per Month storage fee to hold the firearm at our shop unless prior arrangements are agreed to by the shop regarding your situation. These exceptions to storage charges include, but are not limited to: delays processing an appeal of a Denial status on the background check, NFA items with submitted form awaiting ATF approval, repair work pending completion. Failure to reach this storage fee waiver agreement with the shop, either through lack of communication or negligence in reaching a confirmed agreement will result in full storage fees being assessed.
Abandoned items: Any item left at the shop subject to the $50 per Month storage charge will be considered abandoned once the storage fees are equal to the assessed value of the item.
TRANSFERS
We only accept in NEW condition Firearms and Class 3 Transfers from Licensed FFL. If you have an incoming transfer, please have the seller contact us at info@scottsdaletactical.com with a copy of their FFL attached.
Transfer Fees: $50.00 Long Guns, $50.00 Handguns, $100.00 Class 3 items.
Used Firearms and Used Class 3 items will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
TERMINATION
Your failure to comply with these Terms automatically revokes your authorization to use the Website and terminates any and all rights granted to you under the Terms. The restrictions, including restrictions with respect to its content, disclaimers, and liability limitations in these Terms shall continue to apply. Upon denial of access, you must promptly destroy all content downloaded or obtained from this Website, as well as all copies of content.
SHIPPING
Shipping & handling for this item is calculated for the lower 48 states. Our shipping fee pays for packaging, postage and handling. Non-Firearm items will have a signature required if the item exceeds $400. If this is an issue, please contact us before shipment. Additional identification may be requested for purchases over $250 for order verification. If your item requires an adult signature and you are not home to sign for the item and the item is sent back to Scottsdale Tactical, then the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to resend the item. Firearms that are being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged the difference in the actual cost of shipping. Accessories that are being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged the difference in the actual cost of shipping.
Pre-Order/Deposits
Deposit for standard pre-order guns are non-refundable, but can be used as store credit if you want to choose another gun. If a deposit is left beyond 90 days and your gun is in stock, not picked up or is cancelled you will forfeit the deposit. Custom order guns are non-refundable.
Standard deposits for handguns/rifles/NFA items are NOT refundable, but may be used as store credit. Prices subject to change.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
Items that are cancelled within 24 hours will not incur a cancellation fee. Items cancelled within 1-5 business days will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Any cancellation after 7 business days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Customers who wish to exchange for a different item will be subject to a 10% processing fee based off the original purchase price.
Any cancellation of an NFA item that is in the process of transfer or certification will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
ALL GIFT CARD SALES ARE FINAL.
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products: 1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications. 2. Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt. 3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer. 4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment. 5. Ammunition
NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused. In the event you are put on DELAY and a response is not given and you wish to cancel your order a refund will be given, less a processing fee of 5%. If your order is Denied and you wish to cancel your order a refund will be given less 25% restocking fee.
USED FIREARMS
The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.
ALL PRE-OWNED FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL. THE PRE-OWNED FIREARM IS BEING SOLD “AS-IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SCOTTSDALE TACTICAL SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BUYER ASSUMES ANY AND ALL RISKS IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE PRE-OWNED FIREARM.
At this time we do not Sell Used firearms. NO USED FIREARMS WILL BE ACCEPTED from individuals.
GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm. All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
Please note: We are unable to hold or reserve items until the initial invoice has been paid. While we will do our best to accommodate, items remain available for sale until payment is received. We cannot be held liable if an item sells before your payment is completed. Thank you for your understanding.
Scottsdale Tactical has the right to refuse or deny the sale of any and all firearm purchases for any reason.
-All Government Issued Id’s must be in government issued form (No printed Id’s) No vertical Ids are accepted.
-Scottsdale Tactical has the right to Refuse or Deny sale’s to ANY person’s under 25.
Delayed or Denied 4473’s
Scottsdale Tactical does not participate in the Brady Law. A 4473 must come back with a response from the ATF in order to receive a firearm. If a 4473 is delayed and goes 30 days without a response Scottsdale Tactical will provide the following options:
1. Ship the firearm to another licensed dealer that does participate in the Brady Law.
2. Proceed with cancelling the transaction and issuing a refund for any funds paid for that item or deposit.
3. Re-submit the 4473 and wait for a response. Scottsdale Tactical will only submit a 4473 up to 2 times total.
If a 4473 is denied, all funds paid to date for the firearm (if any) will be refunded.
Forms submitted to the ATF are not controlled by Scottsdale Tactical, we do not have the ability to make decisions on a 4473. If you have any questions about the 4473 process you can contact Info@scottsdaletactical.com.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 – 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
Promotions and sales
All promotions and sales run by Scottsdale Tactical are exclusive to www.ScottsdaleTactical.com and in store purchases. Any promotional sales are not valid or accepted via Gunbroker, or any other third party site unless otherwise. For any questions about promotions can be emailed to Info@scottsdaletactical.com.
ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money. If an item’s description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Scottsdale Tactical will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You consent to receive communications from us electronically. By purchasing our products and providing your email address, you consent to receive emails related to your order, account, customer support, and other business communications. Promotional emails may also be sent, and you may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. We will communicate with you by e-mail, phone, or through any third party affiliates (ie gunbroker.com). You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
AMMUNITION & Magazine PURCHASES
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*
All In-store purchases for ammunition will be ID Verified. No Ammunition sales will be conducted within our store for restricted states. All restricted states laws will be followed for in-store transactions.
All Magazine purchases will be ID Verified. No magazine sales will be conducted for restricted states within our store. If presented with a restricted state ID transaction will be refused.
Scottsdale Tactical, does allow restricted states to purchase from both our website and or instore however, all local laws (place of residence) will be followed. Example: If you live in CA and try to purchase ammunition in AZ at our retail location, we will either 1. Deny the transaction, 2. Per request, in compliance with CA law, ship the ammunition to a CA FFL for pick up.
PURCHASE ADDRESS
Billing address and shipping address must be the same on all orders. If you wish to make a purchase and these two items do not match we will require verification of the shipping address. All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
Scottsdale Tactical has the right to refuse or deny the sale of any and all firearm purchases for any reason.
-All Government Issued Id’s must be in government issued form (No printed Id’s) No vertical Ids are accepted.
-Scottsdale Tactical has the right to Refuse or Deny sale’s to ANY person’s under 25.

CONSUMER DATA PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection. The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.
SECURE TRANSMISSION
All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) featuring 128-bit encryption. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a website and a visitor’s Web browser. ORDER FULFILLMENT
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 – 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money. If an item’s description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Scottsdale Tactical will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
AMMUNITION & Magazine PURCHASES
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*
All In-store purchases for ammunition will be ID Verified. No Ammunition sales will be conducted within our store for restricted states. All restricted states laws will be followed for in-store transactions.
All Magazine purchases will be ID Verified. No magazine sales will be conducted for restricted states within our store. If presented with a restricted state ID transaction will be refused.
Scottsdale Tactical, does allow restricted states to purchase from both our website and or instore however, all local laws (place of residence) will be followed. Example: If you live in CA and try to purchase ammunition in AZ at our retail location, we will either 1. Deny the transaction, 2. Per request, in compliance with CA law, ship the ammunition to a CA FFL for pick up.
PURCHASE ADDRESS
Billing address and shipping address must be the same on all orders. If you wish to make a purchase and these two items do not match we will require verification of the shipping address. FIREARM STORAGE CHARGES
We will hold your in-store, on-line, and transfer firearms at our shop until you can process your background check and take possession from our store. However, after two weeks if that this does not occur, we will charge a $10 per week storage fee to hold the firearm at our shop unless prior arrangements are agreed to by the shop regarding your situation. These exceptions to storage charges include, but are not limited to: delays processing an appeal of a Denial status on the background check, NFA items with submitted form awaiting ATF approval, repair work pending completion. Failure to reach this storage fee waiver agreement with the shop, either through lack of communication or negligence in reaching a confirmed agreement will result in full storage fees being assessed.
Abandoned items: Any item left at the shop subject to the $10 per week storage charge will be considered abandoned once the storage fees are equal to the assessed value of the item.
